The Coventry University (CU) Harvard Reference Style

This website and the downloadable Guide are produced by the Coventry University Centre for Academic Writing with guidance from Coventry University's Harvard Reference Style Working Party.

The Coventry University (CU) Harvard Reference Style is Coventry University's recommended format for documenting the sources you use in your academic writing. There are two elements in the CU Harvard Reference Style:

(1) In-text citations in the main body of your writing

(2) A separate List of References at the end of your work
